Barton Dean, that was a fucking good band from Netherlands that played in the end of the 90's, 1996 to 2000 to be more exact. If you like old swedish skatepunk you'll love this band. In their existence they only released their stuff on tape, which make their music very hard to find. An interesting fact about this band, is that 2 members also formed (Jeroen is still plaing in) the metal band Within Temptation, which is now very famous! Yeah, the dudes started in a skatepunk band!!

Skate-punk with a touch of hardcore is so fokking cool.
And yes... Barton Dean was 2 weeks older than Within Temptation :)
3 people (including me) of BD played in W.T. (1 still does).
