Biography :
Sick Of Thought started in 2000 as a three piece band under the name Fast Forward. After replacing their bassist and adding vocalist Trevor the band comes to his final lineup and change their name to Sick Of Thought. The band is mainly influenced by the band Choke and other skatepunk and hardcore bands. They play countless shows around Nova Scotia and release 3 albums by themselves.

Another great band! You can really hear the Choke influences with the sudden rhythm changes and they have a really great guitarist too! It's rare to hear more technical solos in punk songs and they do it really well!
