Lesser Value

The story of Lesser Value starts in 1996, in Redondo Beach, California. After 2 years of practice, the band go record a 6-song demo that they will release by themselves in 1998. After this recording the band went down for a couple of months and did some major changes in their lineup and music. They came back in 1999 with a more melodic and metallic style. The same year the band will go in studio to record a 10-song CD. Two years later the band record their 3rd CD that will demonstrate all the talent the guys acquired over the years.

180 Discord was from Melbourne, Australia and is one of those bands from 90's that had a really particular sound. As you can see they took their influences from Metal and Punk. It's fast, catchy, technical, their CD is a real gem. I really like the vocals too. They released an EP in 1997 and later Tom Read, the guitarist went to join the big Australian band Bodyjar.
